Eligible For Return:

• We are contacted about the return within 14 business days of receiving the purchase
• Item(s) is still in perfect condition as when recevied
• Item(s) is not clearance/ sale items

Not Eligible For Return:

• It has been longer than 14 business days since received
• Item(s) contains stains, pet hair, or odor
• Item(s) has been altered or washed

Store Credit Only:

• We do not offer refunds through the original payment method
• Once the refund is approved, you will receive store credit that can be used with no expiration date
